NG Communications offers 2 categories of services: Telephony and SMS.

Our services enable you to create computerised telephone answering and directed-assistance services tailored exactly to your requirements. Calls go to NG Communications' voice platform, from which they are transmitted to a software or hardware telephone.

Our Internet-based interface is supremely user-friendly, allowing you to manage your menu of services yourself. Other companies offer a fixed application, and every time you want to change an action, new software development - and charges - are required. With NG Communications, you pay a fixed monthly fee and then modify your services (add, move, change, and delete actions) as you like.

We offer hosted (where you use our hardware and infrastructure) and on-site solutions (which are installed in your offices or branch locations).

Possibilities is the keyword. The range of actions and combinations is very wide today - and we're always adding actions to the offering.

All our services are pre-paid, and we support the following payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, Bancontact / Mister Cash, Paypal and electronic bank transfer.
