Play message

  • Add your own voice messages in WAVE or MP3 format
  • Generate voice files from text using Text-to-Speech, available for English, French and Dutch
  • Record voice files by calling a regular telephone number

Option or Choice menu (DTMF)

  • Give the caller the possibility to make a selection using digits 0 till 9 on the telephone pad
  • Special keys # (hash or pound) and * (asterisk or star) are also available
  • Jump to any action in the ivr menu

DTMF Input

  • Provide the caller with an input method, to enter a code, telephone number, or anything similar
  • Regular dtmf input, supported by any touchtone telephone
  • Limit the amount of digits
  • Limit the amount of seconds to enter the required input

Voicemail

  • Record the caller's voice message, when you are unavailable or do not want to be disturbed
  • All voicemails will be sent to an e-mail address in WAVE format
  • Voicemails are also stored on disk, to provide future webbased voicemailbox functionality

Transfer to number

  • Transfer a caller to your own telephone number, to an operator at home or an international number
  • Any destination telephone number is supported, fixed, mobile or even voice-over-ip
  • Several call methods are supported, including lineair (one after the other), ring all at once or random
  • Add numbers to the phonebook for easy, and fast selection
  • Numbers can be assigned a date / time schedule, so that incoming calls won't bother operators who are unavailable

Send data to e-mail, website or sms

  • Send caller data, like caller number, duration of call, the code or number that has been entered through the dtmf input action, etc.
  • Send data to a script (PHP, ASP, ...) on your website for processing
  • Provide e-mail or sms notifications for incoming calls

Conference Room

  • Provide telephone conference or meeting room functionality to your callers
  • Supports pin code for authentication
  • Announcing the user when entering the conference room
  • Record the conversation
  • Put users in listen only mode
  • Dial out option, so you can add users to the conference

Faxing

  • Receive faxes through e-mail, in the pdf format.
